  Dumped her at the botanical gardens end and made her walk to the court houses 9 blocks away, (she is in constant pain with back issues) in 38 degree heat, then lied to her telling the midday "bus" had left full with 6 people at 12 midday, she rang at 10.50 only later to be told it held 14. she was very upset and distressed.

  First off, putting a 5 star review on your own business has been reported to Google. Secondly, on behalf of my mother on a trip Hervey Bay to Bne return last Friday. She had to call you the night before around 8 pm to reconfirm when you were supposed to call her. "I was going to get around to it" is not an excuse. Pick up was supposed to be 4:30am, not 4:10am as happened. Lucky it was Mum because I wouldn't have been ready. She specifically told you on booking that she had 2 eye specialist appts...one at 10 am and one at 10:45am and you confirmed that pick up in Bne was fine between 12 and 12:30pm. She also confirmed this to your driver when she left the bus. Your driver tried to call her twice well before that time to tell her she would have to wait until the 4:30pm bus. Mum objected and he organised to pick her up at 12:10. Rushed through the final appt, only to be picked up at 12:20pm and told by a very rude and angry driver that because of her 2 cancer patients had cancelled. The whole experience has left Mum very upset and angry. Also when your driver is told at Gympie, after asking, that both ladies were freezing and then only turn the air con off at Bne airport is downright cruel. Same thing on the way home. I would also suggest that your driver learn more about where he is going for the day and put the GPS or Google Maps to better use. Very unprofessional service all up and you've lost a lady who would have been a very loyal customer if she has been treated with more respect. And no receipt given for money paid - the amount which was also queried by your driver. Perhaps that should be on his list for the day too.
